AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

ETHIOPIAN CANADIAN MUSLIM ASSOCIATION OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (CORPORATION NUMBER: 848830-4)

ECMANCR, established in 2012, is a non-profit organization devoted to upholding the principles of the Holy Quran and Sunnah. Dedicated to the well-being of its members, the association operates autonomously while adhering to Islamic principles, Canadian laws, and its by-laws.

The primary objectives of ECMANCR  on promoting and safeguarding the cultural, educational, economic, and other interests of the Ethiopian Muslim community in The National Capital Region. These objectives are pursued through initiatives that include encouraging community participation in various programs, representing the community’s interests in both governmental and non-governmental matters, fostering a deeper understanding of Islam through educational activities, and actively engaging in community service and humanitarian efforts.
